"While recovering from depression I had problems with gained weight and was looking for physical activities to support me.

I've booked a trial session with Mihai. He started with questions about my goals and explained in detail the future training plan, options for diet and habits. I've now been training weightlifting for more than a year with Mihai and couldn't be happier. My physical form has improved: I've lost a lot of weight in total and a bunch of the weight was replaced by muscles.
Apart from the physical gains, my everyday mood and resilience have improved - it's easier to get up from bed and solve daily problems. I feel strong and optimistic. And all of this was done in a sustainable manner: Mihai was taking it slow when needed and pushing when there was energy and possibility to do so. I certainly have not imagined how great the impact would be on my physical and mental health when I first started."
